Lubella pasta is made of the highest quality flour. Durum wheat content and a special grain grinding process allows to obtain flour, thanks to which the pasta is sufficiently hard and perfectly elastic.
The appropriate drying process prevents the Lubella Pasta from sticking and retains its natural aroma and golden color.
